Litchfield National Park - Day 89, 06/07/206

After seeing most of the "big name"attractions yesterday it was time to hopefully escape the crowds and see some of the lesser known attractions. After breakfast we jumped in the car and made our way to Tolmer Falls, unfortunately there are more construction works here and they have closed the shorter access route to the lookout to view Tolmer Falls. The only access at the moment is via a much longer walk and being that you can only view the falls (Anna and I weren't that impressed 10 years ago) we decided against doing the walk and made our way to Greenant Creek.

From Greenant Creek we completed the 3km return walk up the range to the Tjaetaba Falls where there are a couple of plunge pools similar to the ones you find at Buley Rockholes but smaller in scale. It was much quieter here and once the group of backpackers left we had the swimming hole to ourselves to enjoy. We then returned to camp had some lunch and chilled out, once the day cooled off a little we drove to Wangi Falls and had a nice swim before returning to camp for dinner and an early night.

Distance Traveled = 43 km
Total distance traveled with camper = 32,815, km
Total number of nights in the camper = 220
