Lake Argyle to Keep River NP - Day 77, 24/06/2016

This morning we said our goodbyes to Theo, Lara and Dimitri, it was so random bumping into them and great to catch up over a couple of days. I was so very tempted to turn around and follow them back across the Gibb and redo it all again, we look forward to hearing all bout your trip once we get back home.

We slowly packed up and the girls played with Sophie for most of the morning, we joined Chris and Katrina at the pool to watch over the kids and had a great time chatting to them and getting to know them a little better. It was awesome meeting you guys and I hope we can arrange to catch up when we are back home too.

We didn't have too far to travel today and 3kms after crossing the border into the NT we turned left into the Keep River NP. I had heard good reports about this national park but wasn't expecting to see so many other people camping here. We camped at the Jarnem campground and when we arrived there was only 3 available sites left and throughout the afternoon there was a stream of traffic coming through looking for a place to camp. This afternoon was very hot so we chilled out under the awning for most of the afternoon, tomorrow morning we will get up early and do some of the walks around the campground and then drive to the other area's later in the day.

Distance Traveled = 74 km
Total distance traveled with camper = 31,832, km
Total number of nights in the camper = 208
