King Ash Bay to Calvert River - Day 120, 06/08/2016
As luck would have it the wind dropped over night and we were greeted with a perfect morning, all the fisho's in their boats were up at the crack of dawn and we were on the move. We filled up with diesel and then hit the road towards Borroloola where we stopped and grabbed a few supplies that we couldn't get at King Ash Bay.
We then continued east along the Savannah Way, the first 120km out of Borroloola had just been graded and the road was in great condition, just after the Robinson River the road turned to slop and we had to slow a bit due to the corrugations and rough sections. Just after 2pm we arrived at the Clavert River free camp and set up in a nice little shady spot right alongside the creek, during the afternoon we were joined by a few other travelers and settled in for a night by the fire with a few drinks and dinner.
We didn't take any photo's today sorry...
